The Strengths Deployment Inventory is a simple fun tool I use to help people to build better relationships and to avoid or resolve conflict.
It can be used by individuals, or by teams/departments who benefit from completing the programme and sharing the results to help them work better together.
It's excellent for people who regularly need to build new relationships with, for example, new clients. It’s also a great tool in helping to determine the make up of a team for a new project or new client.
SDI is usually delivered in a workshop format but can be used as part of one to one coaching. Either way clients will explore principles, what they mean to the individual concerned, and how they can easily and immediately apply what they’ve learned to business and every day situations.
In2minds bring a rich blend of knowledge, skill and insight. After a short conversation, they were able to understand our business aims and design bespoke solutions which had a measurable impact. We have used both training events and coaching, and seen colleagues energised by the experience. So much so that I often find myself asking "what would Alan do...?RM - RBS
