The workshop can be run as a half day or full day event. The choice of duration should be based on considerations such as the size of the team concerned, the extent and complexity of the issues it is facing and the degree to which it is ineffective. The coaching sets and SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) tools can be used in conjunction with this workshop.
