We'd talked about how I'd felt following a session of reflexology once - felt really dreadful for a couple of days and then felt really well thereafter. Think this would sum up how I felt after our session. I found it very difficult not to go over the conversations we'd had and felt as though my head was going to burst for a couple of days. Felt quite muddled. However, this has now cleared and I'd say that I feel more at one with myself and that I am now starting to accept and feel more comfortable in my own skin - which is a really great feeling.
